I wrote a really strange rough draft back in June 2007, forgot about it in a notebook, rediscovered it a while ago, and re-wrote it as an actual oneshot.
Takes place pre-'Rose' (2005) and during the Heroes episode of Season 1, 'Unexpected', with minor canon changes to fit my storyline.
The Doctor sighed. It was a shame, really. You pick a nice spot, rife with aliens, super-powered people, aliens posing as super-powered people... settle down a bit in the biggest area, help them all find a place in the world, and then a human or two blunders in and messes everything up.

HI! It's been a long time since I've made a macro, so you're going to have to bare with me. This isn't spoilery, but than again, what would be spoilery of anyway~ This is something I came up with while making icons, so ... please do enjoy and let me know it it fails of epic proportions.

I'm actually not sure where this came from, but long story short is it's a macro!fic for tw_gleeclub 's macro contest, and I was really bored. /shameless pimpage. :D It's not meant to be taken seriously, and is only dubiously safe for work.
